  • Missions
    We strive to make the Great Commission our main focus.  We are very active in both local & foreign mission work.  Our church has also "adopted" the people of Paraguay, South America.  We take mission trips to Paraguay every year.  Come be a part of our work for the Kingdom both here in Florence and around the world!
  • Adult Sunday School Classes
    We currently have 2 Sunday morning Adult classes. It is a great time to grow closer together while we grow in Christ together.  They are currently led by Harry Wallace and David Crosby. We are looking at adding a third Sunday School class in the near future.
  • Adult Small Groups
    On Sunday nights, we have small group studies. We just finished 3 excellent Bible studies this fall.  We are currently organizing our groups to start late in May 2009.  Check back soon for more information about small groups.
  • Men's Work Team
    The men of the church meet once a month to complete work projects at the church or help those in need. They meet at 7:00am for a prayer breakfast at a local restaurant and then do projects in the Shoals area. If you know someone in need of assistance, please contact the Church.
  • God's Soldier's Youth Group
    God's Soldiers Youth Ministry at Grace Bible Church is a group of young people committed to working for the glorification of God's kingdom. We believe today's youth are tomorrow's disciples. The mission of God's Soldiers is to experience God and love him with our whole hearts growing in His knowledge and understanding; investigate the authenticity of his Word through intense study; express our faith in him by responding to the Great Commission; committing ourselves both locally and globally to service, evangelism, missions, and social action (John 20:21; 2 Timothy 4:5; Colossians 4:3-6; Deuteronomy 4:6-8). We have Sunday morning classes at 9 a.m. and discipleship class from God's Word on Sunday nights at 6 p.m. On Wednesday nights, we participate in regular church worship services. Our goal is to create young people who are true soldiers for Christ on fire for him and working daily for his Kingdom. "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship." (Romans 12:1) We want to invite you to come be a part of our service.
  • Children
    At Grace Bible Church we feel that our children are a vital part of the Church. Jesus said, "Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not, for of such is the Kingdom of God." We love and appreciate all of them. We feel our job is to nurture, teach, and be an example for them to follow. We offer the following classes for our children: Sunday School at 9:00, Children's Church at 10:15 during our worship, Sunday Night at 6:00, and Wednesday at 7:00. During the summer we have weekly activities for them. I want to take this opportunity to invite you and your children to a church where Jesus is Lord and Satan is defeated! Come and be blessed as we grow together in Christ Jesus!
  • Widow's Fellowship
    Our Widow’s Fellowship meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the church at 10:00 a.m. We are a very informal group where joys and sorrows are shared and understood. This is a group that nobody wants to join (nobody wants to be a widow), but if you feel like you could benefit from this group, or know somebody who might, please call Judie Pullon at 767-1399, or contact her at jrtp39@bellsouth.net.
